Hands, feet, and underarms have been part of my life for a long time. I have tried aluminum chloride, iontophoresis, absorbent socks, shoe rotation, and oral medication.
Iontophoresis is still the thing I come back to for my hands. I am careful giving advice because I have seen how differently people respond. What changed my life might annoy someone else or do nothing.
