Community Guidelines

Last updated April 27, 2026

These guidelines apply to profiles, photos, threads, replies, messages, reports, and any other member-submitted content on sweaton.me.

The short version is simple: be useful, be honest, respect consent, and do not use the site to shame or pressure people.

Stay on purpose

  • Use the community for hyperhidrosis, sweating-related social stress, treatment experiences, daily-life coping, clothing, dating, relationships, confidence, school, work, and member connection.
  • Put posts in the closest matching category so members can find the right conversations.
  • Do not flood threads, member search, messages, or reports with repetitive content.

Respect members

  • No harassment, threats, slurs, humiliation, stalking, impersonation, outing, or pressure for personal details.
  • No body shaming, symptom shaming, treatment shaming, or mocking someone for anxiety, intimacy concerns, clothing choices, or medical decisions.
  • Dating and social messages must stay consensual. If someone says no, stops responding, blocks you, or asks you to stop, stop.

Do not misuse the site

  • No spam, scams, fake profiles, affiliate flooding, unsolicited promotions, phishing, malware, or attempts to buy or sell accounts.
  • No sexual content involving minors, coercion, non-consensual intimate images, or requests for explicit content from someone who has not clearly consented.
  • No instructions for self-harm, violence, evading moderation, or abusing other members.

Moderation

Reports help moderators understand what happened. Use the report controls on the relevant profile, message, thread, or reply so the report stays tied to the right content.

Moderation actions may include removing content, rejecting images, limiting features, banning accounts, or preserving records needed to investigate abuse.
