I was married for sixteen years, which is a very efficient way to learn what you can and cannot negotiate about yourself.
Now I live in Dublin with a teenage daughter, a kettle that works harder than most elected officials, and a job that requires me to sound composed even when I am internally muttering.

Treatments / experiences
Face/head and underarms are my main areas, with a possible hormone plot twist I did not request.
I use prescription antiperspirant, cooling routines, linen layers, caffeine limits, and a bit of commute strategy. I am talking with my doctor about whether this is perimenopause, hyperhidrosis, or both, because guessing dramatically in my bathroom mirror has not produced a diagnosis yet.
