Mine is not the worst case on earth, but my hands and underarms like to show up right when I want to seem normal.
I use stronger antiperspirant before dates or crowded nights, keep a spare shirt in the car, and think about fabric way more than I admit. Therapy has helped with the part where I notice one damp spot and suddenly decide everyone has formed a committee about it.
